Practice 6-2
Speaking Politely
A friend of yours has created an AI robot with deep learning capabilities and asked you to help it learn Japanese. Your friend wants the robot to speak politely. Change the verb of the sentence the robot produces into the long-form and record the entire sentence so that it can figure out the conjugation rules and learn how to speak politely.
Conjugation & Sentence Practice
You have successfully helped the AI robot learn how to change verbs into their long-forms. Now, the robot is eager to learn how to make negative and past sentences. Record sentences in Japanese based on the given cues so that the robot can figure out the rules for long-form negative and past sentence.
IMPORTANT!
In this lesson, too, you learned a lot of new verbs and time expressions. You don’t need to think that you must immediately memorize all vocabulary to start the next lesson. Vocabulary learning takes time. While proceeding with next lessons, continue the active recall practice in Anki. Space out your practice over days and try memorizing vocabulary without ineffectively cramming too many words at one time.
